The customer service was excellent when I met the ladies at the diva half run boutique. They helped me choose the size and colour that suited me. I love how the hat opens at the back and I can wear my ponytail high where I like it!!! The hat is comfortable and kept the sweat out of my face for the whole run. I originally bought the performance in green and I just purchased the casual in black as well. It was easy and shipping was fast!

Great customer service!! When I was having problems with shipping they sent a new hat right away! Their response time is super quick and they’re friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Not to mention these hats are just a dream for my pony tail!!

I have totally found my perfect hat! EVERYTHING about the hats are awesome. The fit, the material and the sweatband, not to mention the ability to have a top knot through the top of the hat.Mowing the lawn in Hawaii with this hat has been a game changer. The sweat gets trapped in the band instead of pouring down my face like a waterfall :)

I think TopKnot has really great customer service, and the product is quality too! I had some MAJOR difficulties getting the hat shipped to me on fedexs behalf. After visiting fedex and calling multiple representatives they basically told me there was nothing they could do and to contact TopKnot about it.I emailed TopKnot and they right away were able to help find my package and reroute to me. They kept me updated with daily emails and were quick and friendly with the responses.I was very impressed with my experience in dealing with the issue!

I ordered M/L in the black & white performance hats due to sizing and must've had a smaller head than I thought (lol) so I reached out to customer service to get an exchange for a S/M - I haven't even received my new hats yet but just the customer service alone deserves a 5 star!! They have worked with me, even through some confusion and my scatter brain, that I cannot rave about this company enough! The quality of the hats were amazing when I first received so I am VERY excited for the new sizes to come in! THANK YOU!!!

I love my top knot hat. I wear it all the time. I throw it in the wash and let it hang dry. I love that my ponies or messy buns can be as high or low as I want. I love that I can decide to leave the house, throw on my hat and I don't need to adjust my hair at all. 100% recommend.

This is by far the best hat I've ever worn. It fits really well ~ first baseball cap I've worn where I receive compliments on how cute it is and how well it fits.I love the magnetic closure in the back. There's no fuss with trying to tighten the band and there's no velcro closure! I purchased the pink hat over the summer and now that it's winter, I purchased the same hat in black. I also love the way my hair looks in the back. You don't need a hair tie when wearing this hat - you can pull your hair through the magnetic closure. I highly recommend it.

First....I love this hat. I have two performance hats in black and white. They stay on in wind and while running very well. Great with pony tail and hair in clip. I got tons of compliments when I wear this hat!Second....the customer service department is amazing! I reached out to them over email with help in ordering a new hat based on my old order and they got back to me right away. Very responsive, efficient and friendly!I am ordering the casual hat.Great company....great product....great service!
